REFUND POLICY

We have a no return policy.

 

DAMAGE/REFUND POLICY: We strive to provide the best customer service and desserts possible to our clients. Upon taking possession of your items Exquisite Kreations Desserts RECOMMENDS you do a full inspection of your order as were not responsible for any damage occurring to the items during transport, set-up or any time thereafter the items are removed from our possession.

Once the order is picked up by the client or their representative we are no longer responsible. In the event that a client is unhappy with an item due to our fault, the product must be returned to be inspect to determine if a refund is due to the client. The cake or desserts must be returned within 24 hours of pick up or NO credit or refund will be issued. You must provide proof of the defect for any type of refund or credit.
